The HYPER Kitchen at EAT-JAPAN Live! will be the venue for an amazing range of food demonstrations, healthy eating how-to’s and professionally-hosted seminars on all aspects of Japanese food.

The ever-popular Sake Experience is back again this summer at EAT-JAPAN Live! on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be Japanese sake available to taste from nine breweries based all over Japan and a fully-stocked sake shop so you can take home a bottle of your favourite!

This summer also sees the return of The Japan Food Show presented by HARRO which will be open to all ticket holders on both Saturday and Sunday. This is a fantastic opportunity for all the foodies out there to meet and talk to food industry experts, get new ideas and find out about the latest trends in Japanese food.
And of course to sample all the delicious treats on offer.
