Wheelcake Island stole our hearts with their fluffy Imagawayaki last year. Oh, ICYMI they’re warm Japanese pastries with a filling such as custard or anko bean (sweet black bean paste).
Like taiyaki (if you’ve tried that) but are bigger! The sweet, sweet combination of filling and pancake…. mmmmmmm!
