As many of our satisfied visitors will tell you, Eat-Japan’s Sushi Awards 2015 took place after an intense competition on Sunday afternoon with five top-tier sushi creations competing for the votes of our participants. Each entry was an original concept that pushed the boundaries of what “sushi” could mean.

In the end, it was Chef Henryanto Aloysius of Genji who took this year’s crown with his Spicy Crunch sushi wowing the tastebuds of our voting crowd after an intense day’s worth of tasting. We could say that the real winners are the voting participants who were able to sample and enjoy these 5 delicious original sushi, however!
