Yuzuki Yukari, a VOCALOID with broad appeal.

Many VOCALOID producers have found themselves captivated by Yuzuki Yukari’s clear voice. With recent developments such as Avex’s March 2014 release of her commercial album Tsuki no Hibiki, she is the mostly hotly talked-about up-and-coming VOCALOID.

Ishiguro Chihiro, who provided Yuzuki Yukari’s voice.
The multi-talented Ishiguro Chihiro not only works as a voice actor for anime and video games, but is also a gothic lolita fashion model and live performer.

EHAMIC, a leading-edge VOCALOID producer.
EHAMIC is a musician active in many fields. In addition to VOCALOID, he also has recently provided songs for artists such as the idol unit Sakura Gakuin.

These two artists and one voice will come together for the very first time at HYPER JAPAN. There, ambitious performances such as a duet between Yuzuki Yukari and Ishiguro Chihiro will be held. Plans also exist to unveil a new song specially written for HYPER JAPAN. Please don’t miss this thirty-minute stage performance packed full of what makes VOCALOID so great!

My name is Chihiro Ishiguro, and I am a voice actress from Japan.
I’m very happy that I will be able to come to HYPER JAPAN, an overseas Japanese culture event. There, I will be performing together with the VOCALOID Yuzuki Yukari and the popular Japanese VOCALOID producer EHAMIC. It will be my first time doing anything like this, and I hope you all enjoy it. I look forward to meeting everyone there!

DEN Entertainment will be bringing new show “the SAKE” to HYPER JAPAN 2014, a performance which blends traditional Japanese arts such as Rakugo with dance, music, acrobatics and exceptional projection and sound technology.

Their motto is “feel Japan through the five senses”, and their performances will certainly stimulate yours as they interpret the process of creating the famous Japanese drink, Sake.

Junya Yamada, the director/producer, is a major force in Japan’s female youth fashion culture with shows such as Tokyo Girls Collection under his belt, as well as events for Fendi and Louis Vuitton. He has also directed shows for the world-famous idol group AKB48, as well as Kawaii Ambassador and J-Pop star Kyary Pamyupamyu.

MAYUCO to perform at HYPER JAPAN 2014!

We’re very pleased to announce our first live performer for HYPER JAPAN 2014: MAYUCO will be singing at this summer’s event!

–

MAYUCO studied fine arts at university before moving into music. An early adopter of digital distribution, her music has been used on Japanese television, and she has worked with artists from all around the world, as well as releasing her music through both UK and Japanese labels. Her newest album, “VISTA BOUQUET”, is released this month.

–

Her name means “a child in the cocoon”, and her warm music carries that feeling of being snug and protected. Her clear voice’s characteristic high notes are almost ethereal, and its purity and presence express an abstract world.

–
