The Amanoto brand is a treasure of the Yokote Basin. When drinking "Amanoto / 天の戸 | Junmai-ginjo Kamenoo-rice Nama (unpasteurized sake)", you can savor the sensational aroma of AK-1 yeast and the subtle yet complex flavors that are characteristic of Kame no O variety of rice.
"Amanoto Sikly / 天の戸 シルキー | Tokubetsu-junmai roughly filtered sake" is an undiluted sake that features the mild tartness of citric acid and carbonation created by secondary fermentation in the bottle. The somewhat vigorous carbonation, which emphasizes its refreshing quality, and the brisk, lemony finish produced by the citric acid of the white koji are exceptional. This sake has won the top gold prize of the Fine Sake Award 2017 for three years running.
