  • Narutotai Ginjo Shiboritate Namagenshu 720ml

    Type of Sake:Ginjo
    Rice Variety:Yamadanishiki / General rice
    Rice Polish Ratio/ABV:58% / 18.5%
    Best Served:Chilled

Commonly known as “Namacan", this sake offers the flavor of a freshly-pressed ginjo, also thanks to this aluminum bottle. It completely prevents the deterioration caused by UV radiation, the natural enemy of sake, and allows you to enjoy at any time the flavor of sake that is freshly pressed. It offers a fresh, vividly sweet aroma and a youthful, effervescent liveliness. Within the subtle wafting aroma of koji, it presents a robust mouthfeel with an effective burst of tartness. Naturally, it pairs well with fish dishes such as sashimi, but it also goes superbly with hearty meat dishes.
