    "Harsushika / 春鹿 | Junmai Tsuyubakaze-rice with traditonal fermentation starter Nama-genshu (unpasteurized undiluted sake) stored with casks" is prepared using Nara Prefecture’s sole variety of rice ideal for sake, Tsuyubakaze, and is matured until autumn. Its lush flavor will fill your mouth with the sweetness and umami of rice as well as the smoothness that is distinctive of unprocessed, unfiltered sake.
